This website provides real estate information and inquiry services for Brian McFarland at HFM Realty. For privacy questions or requests, email bmcfarland@hfmrealty.com or call 617-468-8505.

Information you provide

Inquiry and appointment forms request your name, contact details, real estate interests, and any message or scheduling information you submit. If you use a client portal, account details, messages, transaction information, and documents you choose to upload may also be processed. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, or financial account numbers through public forms.

Use and service providers

Information submitted through this site is used to respond to requests, arrange appointments, and provide requested real estate and account services. Hosting, email delivery, and other service providers involved in delivering those services may process the information. Transaction information may be shared with people involved in your transaction as authorized or required by law.

Browser information and outside services

Web servers may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps. Account features use browser storage or session information. Fonts, images, video embeds, and links can connect your browser to outside services, including Google/YouTube and image providers, which have their own privacy practices. Visiting an external link may disclose technical information to that service.

Marketing practices

We do not use Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook tracking on this website, purchase lead lists, or use automated marketing calls or texts. Any future introduction of advertising tracking or additional data uses will require a review and update of this notice and any applicable choices before activation.

Contact preferences and requests

Submitting an inquiry requests a response; it does not provide consent for automated marketing calls or texts. Tell us if you prefer a particular contact method or wish to stop marketing communications. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information by using the contact details above. We will assess requests under applicable law and any transaction recordkeeping obligations; some records may need to be retained.

Information security

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information was submitted in error or your account has been accessed without authorization. Before sending sensitive transaction documents, ask for the appropriate delivery method.
