This is the agent website of Brian McFarland, a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and Rhode Island affiliated with HFM Realty (HFM Realty Inc.), 377 Willard St, Suite 335, Quincy, MA 02169. It is not HFM Realty’s corporate website. By using this website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Inquiries

Please do not send financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or identity documents through the contact or appointment forms. Our privacy notice explains how inquiry information is used.

Client portal

• Portal accounts are provided by invitation for people working with Brian McFarland on a transaction.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential, tell us promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission, and use the portal only for your own transaction.
• Upload only documents you are entitled to share, and do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.
• Checklists, milestones, and reminders in the portal are organizational tools. Your contracts and the advice of your attorney and lender control your deadlines and obligations.
• Electronic signatures, where offered, are handled by outside providers under their own terms.
• We may suspend or close portal access to protect clients, the service, or the brokerage, or when a transaction ends.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with the operation of the website, introduce malicious code, or collect content or data by automated means in a way that burdens the service or misuses personal information.

Content and trademarks

Text, design, and other content on this website belong to their respective owners and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not republish them without permission. REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark of the National Association of REALTORS®. Other names and marks belong to their owners.

Outside websites and services

This website links to and embeds outside resources, such as lender, government, mapping, and video services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
